It's been researched that not seeing notifications makes one more anxious and likely to check phone more often. Instead I've found using an app like Daywise to batch my notifications that don't need real-time attention every 2 hours (package delivered, bill is due) and still keep messaging notifications real-time.

If you're looking for narrative experiences, Disco Elysium is likely the best video game story ever told - bar none.

Maybe not the best story (although it's really good) but the intersection of presentation and prose is exceptional. One of the few times the medium has really surpassed raw text on the storytelling metric.

Some of those narrative sequences will stay with me for the rest of my life.

it'd probably harder to get going but why are you scared? it's a bit hard to comprehend for someone who never listens to podcasts/music while working out or jogging.

A non-tech method perhaps. Find Italian friends, community or even better a partner to practice with

I don't understand why one would quit porn. It's great entertainment. It increases quality of life. It's an integral part of one's sex life. Why would one want to quit?
