#72To recover from long covid. It's been almost a year and it feels like I'm half way there, so I am optimistic about getting this over with in 2023.

#73for 2023, my resolution is to loose 15lbs. my 2022 resolution was to be able to do a set of 5 pull ups. I only got to 3. I felt like my weight was holding me back, so I hope loosing a bit more will help me get closer to the 5.

#74I just feel I need to concentrate on the basics.
- Eat properly ( A balanced diet 3 times a day )
- Sleep at least 7 hours everyday
These are the first steps I want to take this year. health is more important to me than anything else

#76Not watch porn even once. I am not addicted to it or something, but want to improve my self-control.
Many don't realize how much control porn has over them until they try to quit. Quitting for 1 day, 1 week can be easy. Quitting for a year? Almost everyone who regularly watches will struggle to do so. Don't let the struggle discourage you. If you give in, try to get back up asap. Even if you don't make it 100% porn free year its not a failure. Wish you the best.
I don't understand why one would quit porn. It's great entertainment. It increases quality of life. It's an integral part of one's sex life. Why would one want to quit?

#77I cut my podcast subscriptions down to the bone. Every night I go for a 3 mile walk and listen to a podcast. This year I want to go for walks and listen to my brain. Just the thought scares me.

#79Cut down on screen time.
In 2022 I dramatically reduced my time in THE SMARTPHONE ABYSS by choosing a single spot in my home and always leaving my phone there to charge.
I don't bring my phone into other rooms -- it stays on the kitchen counter.
But my "phone home" didn't help the compulsive notification checking, so I "extinguished" all notifications. The only notifs I now receive are for phone calls.
In 2023, I'd like to go on phoneless adventures! A cellular Apple Watch (or whatever) makes it relatively safe to go places without a SMARTPHONE ABYSS in your pocket.
