#4My first thought was that I'd seen that list before - nothing wrong with that, some content makes its way around the net a fair bit.
My second thought was that it's only tangentially related to zen - again, nothing wrong with that.
My third thought was that the recent posts and next / previous posts like similarly non-zen and reasonably generic.
And then I saw the links in the last two paragraphs. I smell someone playing games with pagerank...

#6Shallow and depressing list, suitable for a tabloid magazine. There are few goodies but most of them are like "it helps the bloodflow so it helps your brain!". Okay true, but is it really _brain food_? I could make a list of "brain clothes", like "brain socks" - they keep your feet warm so you can focus on thinking better!
