#872It's being written entirely in Python: Kivy for the desktop and mobile game UI, and aiohttp for the server.
I've written very detailed specification documents for every technical and game-design aspect of the game, and I've implemented the core game engine myself. I'm letting an agent do the rest, incrementally and under supervision, tweaking the specs as we go along. So far, a very pleasant experience.
My goal is to reach beta by the end of the year, and publish the game on Steam by mid-2027.

#873Me and my wife (then my girlfriend) have written "realistic" space sci-fi in Finnish for over 20 years. Now with AI we are finally able to translate our stories to English. The quality starts to be there. There are a lot of small languages in the world, and translation used to be extremely expensive. And there is never too much good space sci-fi. Speaking eloquently "off the dome" is an incredibly useful skill, improving all your interactions with other people. And like a muscle, you can train it with dedicated practice until it becomes effortless.
It has been very fulfilling to listen to other people's speeches, knowing that we're helping each other pursue our shared goal of becoming excellent communicators.
