#123One thing I love about metric paper is the beauty of the simplicity: When you fold it, it maintains its ratio. This is because it is 1:1.41, aka 1:sqrt(2) When I saw that this new phone is 1:1.4, I instantly appreciated why it is that way. Metric paper wins again!

#125I'll give John Ternus credit: the demos are interesting and fun . Maybe not $2k fun + inherent risk with buying the first generation of an Apple product particularly after the Apple Vision Pro, but still.
They're still as cringe as they've been for years; with fake hand movements and marketing-pilled bs postures.

#130Other than that, looks like there are some nice Duo specific features on iOS. $1999 is also surprising given that news outlets were reporting up to $2500. Plus it's price competitive with other foldables in the market.
