Yes you are you left out the rest of the sentence:

A group is not “an actual terrorist organization”. You’re trying to say all groups committing a crime against the government are actual terrorists organizations, and they all belong to the same organization, Antifa. That’s not the case. If that’s the case then MAGA is also a terrorist organization — at least they have a clear leader.

This is just posturing to avoid retribution. Everyone in Europe knows that NATO bases have been used almost every day since April 2003 by the US to commit its crimes.

Lets also admit that NATO-aligned bases in Poland and Germany are also essential to the US' crimes.

No other industry needed that law. The PLCAA was put in place in 2005 because anti-gun specifically devised a plan to sue gun makers in lieu of any success in changing gun laws. It is absolute nonsense to ignore why the law exists while you complain about it existing.

Why is it necessary to legislate it if it's nonsense? If there is no culpability, why would there be any threat?

What conversation do you think we would be having? Would we be debating the laws that January 6 attendees are passing in the chambers? What alternate outcome do you think was likely, or even possible?
