#2It includes ticket management, customer and agent portals, automation, service and SLA management, reporting, a knowledge base, and an integrated CMDB. Qisutu supports eleven languages and is licensed under the GNU AGPLv3.
We would appreciate honest technical feedback, particularly regarding installation, usability, and the project documentation.

#7Thanks for sharing! How is this better/different than Libredesk? [1] [1]: https://github.com/abhinavxd/libredesk
Libredesk appears to be primarily a modern customer-support platform built around a shared inbox, email and live chat. Qisutu is aimed more broadly at structured ticketing and IT service management, with separate customer and agent portals, configurable queues and workflows, service and SLA management, a knowledge base, reporting, process management and an integrated CMDB.
Qisutu also supports eleven interface languages and is designed for organizations that require extensive configuration and want to keep the complete system and data on their own infrastructure.
So for a team mainly looking for live chat and a modern shared inbox, Libredesk may be the better fit. For more complex helpdesk and IT service processes, Qisutu may be more suitable.
