#204This is absolutely astounding. What an implementation. A connectome is like a full brain scan! I am asking Claude to port this to the browser and I'll host it, so you can try it without installing anything. Some details about the port: Claude is able to do porting tasks like this. I'll put up a link when you can try it in your browser. I was able to get it to port the complete BitNet b1.58 2-billion parameter model s…
You can go to https://dustinbrett.com/?app=terminal and type "fly" to spawn one, or many.
I also took the raw FlyWire data and increased the neuron count to 1,275.

It'd be a real copy of the simulated human, yes.
Is it a human or not? Stop equivocating.

I'm not equivocating anything, I answered your question and provided further information. Yes, it's a real human and it's also a real copy of the simulated human. Your point?

What if I grow a biological human from an embryo, but use carefully selected stock that will be born missing all parts of the brain, just a brain stem to handle breathing and heartbeat. Zero experience of the world. Is that human?
Is this line of questioning going somewhere? If the next thing you ask is whether a simulated human is a person given that it has a brain (though simulated), I'll preempt you by saying that simulated humans are people.
