If they do it, they should mark the post as such as give an explanation. Otherwise you never know if uncle "Sam" called and asked it to be treated as such.

no point really. if someone was forcing them to take this off the front page then they would probably just tell them to add that explanation to the thread as well

Well they don’t provide GPT 5.5 weights but GLM 5.2 is kind if close

In a perfectly spherical cow sort of way, everything is fungible and if you can get the resources to train a Mythos-grade model then you'll also have the resources to jump through all the legal hoops. Regulatory capture is a tale almost as old as capitalism though. History bears this out. Adding barriers to entry further entrenches the incumbents.
