It took me a while but I think the difference between Vertex and Gemini APIs is that Vertex is meant for existing GCP users and Gemini API for everyone else. If you are already using GCP then Vertex API works like everything else there. If you are not, then Gemini API is much easier. But they really should spell it out, currently it's really confusing. Someone in the music industry explained that both bands and venues like Ticketmaster because then Ticketmaster is the "bad guy" and the band can just shrug their shoulders and pretend to be the victim while profiting enormously from Ticketmaster's evil practices.

Oh hey, afaik all of this LLM traffic goes through my service! Set up not too long ago, and afaik pretty load-bearing for this. Feels great, just don’t ask me any product-level questions. I’m not part of the Gemini CLI team, so I’ll try to keep my mouth shut. Not going to lie, I’m pretty anxious this will fall over as traffic keeps climbing up and up.

Is there any way to run this inside a docker container? When I tried, it barfed trying to run `xdg-open`. And I don't see any auth-related options in the `--help` output.
