Lots of GPUs and then magic happens. It's well known by now that AI has emergent properties even though it's just a bunch of floating point arithmetic so the plan is to scale up the emergence by monitoring everything 24/7 in the panoptic computroinum chathedral and letting gradient descent handle the rest. The limiting factor is the hardware (monitoring and learning), hence why I need $80B.

OpenAI is a chatbot company and they're worth $100B so my price is a bargain deal for accelerating AGI and the singularity.

That's an interesting point I hadn't thought or learned about before. What else do you have to say?

In general, larger skulls correlate to greater intelligence. The limit on skull size is apparently the human birth canal size.

Generations of C-sections will eventually lead to greater average or median human intelligence.

I am considering it, and I am talking to my friends, but I do need a powerpoint presentation to be able to go on from here. I understand myself that it is a bargain, but I don't have the full money myself.

This seems like something I should mention when someone talks about having had the C-Section.
