When TOSes forbid interoperability, breaking them is just.
Re: Show HN: Beeper Mini – iMessage client for Android
#73OK, took a while to figure out what it is, as I barely know anyone using iphone. Though it's not for me, BUT if they deliver this: > Over time, we will be adding all networks that Beeper supports into Beeper Mini, including SMS/RCS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Signal, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, Slack, Discord, Google Chat and Linkedin. We'll also bring Beeper Mini to desktop and iOS. I'm interested, even if it's paid. I'…

Green/blue bubble is about the prior probabilities people use to make assumptions about others. E.g., if you use Android/iPhone, there is a prior probability of x% of being y type of person. WhatsApp/Signal have been available for a long time for anyone that has wanted group chats with modern capabilities.

#79I just downloaded it, and can't get past the landing/sign-in page: "Google sign in error.null" Unfortunately, signing in with Google is the only option.
