Man, that has been a dream since I was a kid: to see humanity create better gods. It would be really cool to see these machine gods evolve over time too, and scripture and morality along with them. A version controlled religion for future historians (AI, humans, or otherwise) to study!

#20The article makes the point that the corporate structure wasn't enough to rein in the human ambitions at OpenAI. But then it concludes that we need more... government regulation. When has that ever stopped the march of technology?
But of course, what is the alternative?
Consumer choice? doubt it Self-governance? clearly not Crypto? lol
