The company is at an exciting inflection point with a variety of interesting engineering challenges that include data engineering, an investment marketplace, and brick-and-mortar specific software. It would appear that it's making it less desireable even for natives to continue being settled.

Where are they going? The US is famously hard to get into for foreigners wanting to work, as is Australia really. Are they working in the EU, or nomading?
