On the contrary, making examples out of the Martin Shkreli's of the world is how we put the fear of the law back into ingrates. If you're not planning to get in trouble, maybe your plans should expand to include the purview of the law. The market defaults to unfair practice unless legislation or regulation says otherwise.

Probably too simplistic.

Innovation serves some and “disrupts” others.

Uber might be a handy ride for you. A NYC cabbie who is in debt for his medallion might see it the opposite.

If it was not for FB privacy concerns would never become mainstream. 8B people would be still spied on. Not saying someone has to pay but they helped us see what happens when a social network gets big. Same as we wont know the dark sides of AI, but it has to be tackled.

This is the equivalent of someone complaining to the policeman that pulled them over for speeding that another car just sped past them and he's not giving them a ticket too.

Haha. targeting one specific car plate at each turn while never saying a word to every other car speeding up (to other companies doing the same stuff as well as other big monopolies).
