I have a totally up-to-date iPhone, a linux computer (no macOS), and a usb cable that can connect the linux computer to my iPhone.
I found an ipa file I would like to run (say, this MAME emulator here: https://github.com/yoshisuga/MAME4iOS/releases/tag/2002.4 )
What set of steps do I take in order to install that on my iPhone?
