AMD for a long time had been headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA, but they moved just a few years ago. They are now building homes at the former AMD site.

Hire Jim Keller back and build the next thing instead of milking the same customers. The company developing a competent alternative to the M1/M2 or nvidia GPU is going to have a good business. Seems to me that Intel is alway in this cycle of greatness and then crash while sitting on their laurels. It seem they need to have a fire under their buts to make the right decisions.

AMD also had alot of those major bugs, but it wasn't reported as much since the original papers all targeted intel CPU's since they are the "standard", and then a couple months later someone would do it for AMD but it was old news.
