What? Hotel restaurants have always convincingly appeared to people as 20 different restaurants while operating at the same physical location? A place serving a lot of different types of food is not the same thing, it's still one restaurant and they're not making any effort to hide that from the hotel guests. Yes. Hotels with multiple restaurants tend to have only one kitchen, because why wouldn't they?
