This guy sent helicopters full of swat teams to arrest a single guy - Kim Dotcom. The whole thing was super illegal and almost hilariously over the top. "Almost" because there was nothing amusing about the whole thing. It was ugly

#14It would be almost negligent to not draft and forecast the scenario. Intelligence work has to operate from worst case assumptions. Obviously the plan was never executed. I am sure that was a choice based on risk factors and not just professional ethics.
