Doesn't Microsoft 365 support POP3? My workplace uses that horrid mess called Microsoft 365, Office 365 or whatever name it has today, and its Outlook, but I can retrieve the emails from GMail connecting via POP3. You can always use multiple ("specialized") instances of portable Firefox (with MultipleInstance=true in ini file). That's how I do it, and I've been using portable Firefox versions exclusively for 10+ years, I think.
