If anyone ever tells you directly that you fall into one of these categories, please laugh in their face and quit ASAP. This is dehumanizing. You're being categorized for organizational purposes. It dictates how to interact and manage these stereotypes instead of actually talking about the problem and treating people like humans (much less as coworkers and colleagues). Is this satire? Did someone use paid time on the clock to write this? I’m confused, because it starts by extolling the need for a “balanced team” then immediately paints “good” developers as all having the same characteristics (like being competitive).
