#2I’m confused, because it starts by extolling the need for a “balanced team” then immediately paints “good” developers as all having the same characteristics (like being competitive).
I got a good laugh at “we don’t have any average developers here”. In my experience, the trait that most reliably predicts overall bad engineering culture at a company is ego.

#8This is dehumanizing. You're being categorized for organizational purposes. It dictates how to interact and manage these stereotypes instead of actually talking about the problem and treating people like humans (much less as coworkers and colleagues).
