Perhaps, but fear of COVID-19 can also damage the brain.
A shared characteristic (and that is still a long bow to draw) does not imply equality.

You are correct - for an average person, fear of COVID-19 will cause quite a lot more brain damage than the disease itself: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26651008/

Sorry to be contrarian, but your claim of health might be supported by direct observations. Are your vitamin D levels in a healthy range? Is your weight close to your ideal level? Do you have any evidence of glucose sensitivity or intolerance? How does your grip strength measure relative to others your age? It is quite possible that your experience is related to your level of health not being what you think it is.
What's with the interrogation? If I want to tell an anecdote about my health should I go ahead and attach my bloodwork so you can decide if my opinion is valid?

What a wit! For the average person who contracts COVID-19 it will cause quite a bit of incidental distress, and quite likely long-lasting damage to brain and cardio-vascular system.
> Symptoms affecting the central nervous system occurred in at least 0.04% of people with SARS and in 0.2% of those with MERS. Given that there are now 28.2 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 worldwide, this could imply that between 10,000 and 50,000 people have experienced neurological complications.

Why is reality threatening to you? Most who have suffered negative outcomes from Cov2-sars have one or more of a particular set of health problems that contributed to their negative outcomes. This pandemic is changing the baseline of what is considered healthy. This isn't about you or your blood work, it is about the realities of public health. If you are unable to take responsibility for your situation then you shou…
They just don't want to make all their medical information public. Is that not okay? If I get covid, can I not talk about it unless I disclose all my medical information?

or those that will happily let our freedoms be taken away from us by a convenient 'medical emergency'
No. Go to this website. https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#cases_totalcases Do you see how many people have died? That's right. over 195,000 people. It's not convenient for anyone that this is happening. There are a lot of people barely holding on right now. And you're in here complaining about some perceived loss of freedom?
Also, how many suicides are there going to be that are the direct consequence of shutting down everything and causing people to lose their jobs and businesses.

So, wearing a mask takes away your freedom, but wearing pants and underwear does not remove your freedom? How about all the other laws? Wearing seat belt? Why can't we drink/use drugs and drive? If anything masks should be welcome by conspiracy theorists, as those hide your face from cameras and AI in public.

You are a little too confident, we are still early in this disease to be able to say things with such confidence although you did couch it with 'most'. Perhaps this person isn't 'most'.
