#13I had in late February, what an antibody test much later confirmed, was a mild COVID case, before any of the lockdown. Almost a month later I had neurological symptoms, left side numbness which sent me to the ER for an MRI and neurological workup. Nothing of note was "found" and it resolved itself, but fuck was it scary for a healthy 30-something. I didn't learn until a month after that that I had COVID and put toget…
Re: Covid-19 Can Damage the Brain
#14How accurate is this?
It is another item in the long list of uncommon effects of Covid-19. They admit they don't know much about it but it is worth investigating.

#16Earlier quoted context omitted.
So, wearing a mask takes away your freedom, but wearing pants and underwear does not remove your freedom? How about all the other laws? Wearing seat belt? Why can't we drink/use drugs and drive? If anything masks should be welcome by conspiracy theorists, as those hide your face from cameras and AI in public.
How about forcing mom and pops to close while huge multinationals are allowed to stay open and eat up their market share? It's borderline fascist.
(Too political for HN? Guess we'll see.)

Sorry to be contrarian, but your claim of health might be supported by direct observations. Are your vitamin D levels in a healthy range? Is your weight close to your ideal level? Do you have any evidence of glucose sensitivity or intolerance? How does your grip strength measure relative to others your age? It is quite possible that your experience is related to your level of health not being what you think it is.

or those that will happily let our freedoms be taken away from us by a convenient 'medical emergency'
