The fact that the social justice conversation in America talks only about black people, as this post does as well, shows the majority of people only care about social justice issues when the minority group becomes big and loud enough. There have been efforts, advocacy, and 'conversation' about lots of such topics beyond just what folks yell about on twitter.
Twitter is a weird little world, and it is not 'in America'.... and arguably there is very little 'conversation' on their either.
