#14- We don't have one because they are a lot of work! Working on a SaaS is a constant juggle of priorities and I don't see an Interactive Walkthrough being that high on the list for us.

Agree, there’s a certain art to getting it right and most just come off as pandering. Sort of like the testimonial sections - rarely do they feel authentic. Compliments so sweet that they taste disgusting.

#19It would be interesting to see video statistics broken down by the country from which the website is operated. It could be that the percentage of sites that use videos is so low because many of the sites are from countries where English is not their first language thus it is hard for them to create videos in English.

#20How? User testing, full story, user interviews, detailed product metrics, continuous improvements and giving your designers a lot of power.
