Rent: Centre of town is expensive by any standard because much of the property is for tourist use of owned by expats. It drops quickly as you move away from pretty bits (check out Zizkov or Andel) €500-2500 for two bed.
Bills: €30 internet.
Travel: €200 annual travel card, singles about €1.
Going out: Carnivorous? You're in luck. €4 will purchase an enormous hearty meal and 0.5l beer in a local pub. If you want to hand out with the beautiful people, you'll pay for the privilege.

Our 2BHK was INR10K ~ USD200 pm. This is by far our biggest expense. Our monthly petrol bill is INR2K ~ USD50. Groceries (we eat 4/5 meals at home weekly) is INR4K ~ USD100. Utilities ~ USD100.
Total ~ USD500 for a couple. And we live a good life!
On the plus side, we're now saving nearly 55% of our monthly gross :) (incl mortgages)
Rent + Utilities: I am living in big apartment in the city center for $1000/month, you can easily get small apartment or studio for $300.
Internet: using Netbox provider you've got 100/100MB for like $60, if you are ok with 20 mbps both ways you will pay around $20 - $30
Food: good meal in fancy restaurant (not most expensive) will cost you for about $18/person. If you want to live on ramen, it will costs you about $2 from Vietnamese "restaurant" or under $1 if you do it by yourselves. You can live comfortable on $250/month food budget.
Health insurance and pension: is taken like a tax from your wage. If you are self employed it costs around $200/month (may wary by income level).
Typical wage for mid level programmer $1700 - $2000 if you work for local company, slightly more if you work for companies like IBM or Accenture.
