Young Millenials? Are they different to "Young persons"? And what is an "Old Millenial"? Why not just describe the group of 18-24 year olds as "Young adults", which is what they are.
As a millennial, I almost always stop reading when someone unironically uses "millennial"

Quora does this and it's why I will never, ever sign up for an account with them.

Nobody knows. Anyone born between 1980 and 2005 is at risk of the label. It just means "those dang kids with their computer boxes."
