#2Do you have a way to talk to the board or investors? Frequently jumping over someone who's cut to be a founder, but not cut to be a CEO, is the best way to align interests.

Complex problems are hard to visualize. The Founder needs YOUR help with organization/process management (BTW, this is a common problem with founders). Gently offer to help, assert control. Some basics ideas, have an agenda for the call and distribute post-call notes with next steps & account-abilities. Simply getting folks on the same page is huge!

The simple fact that a company has funding does not mean it will succeed.
I would suggest that you - politely now - bring your concerns to each of the Board of Director members. If the CEO needs to be replaced, it is the Board that would do it.
