#5Awesome! Ping me if you want pointers to other open data sets. E.g. http://openaddresses.io/ has good coverage for New York City.
We're building http://geocoder.opencagedata.com/ with world-wide coverage. I can already see yours is better for US addresses because it takes the N(orth) and S(outh) directions into consideration.
