Most webcomic websites do not allow redistribution of their comics, as it deprives them of ad revenue. (I believe XKCD is the only exception.)

Fair use typically applies to a) journalistic review and b) parody. Taking content from a website and reposting it is neither, unless otherwise stated. (as with the case with XKCD, which licenses under Creative Commons.)

I love the idea, but I imagine that there are cease and desist orders on their way to you right now. :(
