These aren't really hidden, the "lists" link is at the bottom left of the page. I did upvote this however because lots of people might not know about it.

After you reach a certain karma level - no idea what, but it's not that high - you are able to change the color of the top bar to something else of your choosing.

If I had to guess, that page has the colors people have chosen, sorted by most popular.
