GPL Infection of LLMs?

So, since LLMS are trained on GPLed software, could it be said that they are based on GPL software, activating the "share the source" part of the GPL(v3?)?

Licensing is a legal matter and there are no GPL police.

If you think you can out lawyer the FAANG’s, you are mistaken.

You probably won’t even establish standing.
