The interesting part here is nott the leaked code, it’s how quickly people are rebuilding the harness patterns around it. If the architecture can be reimplemented in a clean room this quickly, it suggests that the real value is shifting from code to orchestration design.

how people think about this long term, does harness engineering become a standard layer like frameworks or does it stay fragmented across tools?

Correct, and it’s not the Claude Code source code. It’s a shell repo with prompts and tips.
