#2AI is turning strategy into a courtroom: proposer swarms vs dissenter swarms, with the CEO as arbiter. It can surface real risks, but without stopping rules it becomes an objection factory. The fix: audit, not debate - asymmetric briefs, timeboxing, and a focus on residual risk.
