#4This is also a pharmacological arms race. Some research is showing that statins reduce serum GLP-1 levels (https://www.cell.com/cell-metabolism/fulltext/S1550-4131(23)...).

#7I had assumed the ridiculous pivot to protein was more a capitulation to the current admin. If it really is a reaction to Ozempic and peers, that feels far better?
I also confess I think the larger drinks and growing size of meals is the main culprit that makes fast food bad. Especially if eaten while driving. Take an extra 5 minutes to eat the same food and I find I'm likely as not to leave some.
