Status page shows it's up (https://status.signal.org).

Edit: status now updated to "Signal is experiencing technical difficulties. We are working hard to restore service as quickly as possible.")

Downdetector showing increased reports. Claude, AWS, Youtube seem to struggle as well.

From the graphs on downdetector.com, it seems like many other services are affected too, so I guess some underlying infra has trouble?

The desktop app has a banner that says:

> Signal is experiencing technical difficulties. We are working hard to restore service as quickly as possible.

Status page linked in the post CURRENTLY says the same.
