One thing that would make integration easier is the Trump Administration has already been working to align the US' childhood vaccine policy with that of Denmark's.

#8They could finance this easily, California has lots of assets. With a bit of cost cutting and some changes to planning laws and land tax they could boost tax revenues and economic activity.
