#2Legally prescribed pharmaceuticals, caffeine, lately nicotine. I also have to start working immediately when I sit down - and continue working until the day is over. Any prolonged break risks taking me out of my resource state.

There is no secret someone else can tell you, if you find yourself distracted all the time.

#5Weirdly, I need background noice to stay focused - like watching/hearing a movie. The background movie is one I already know by heart and so I‘m not distracted. Voices and music from those movies help me to calm and therefore focus.
