#2Yes, and it seems to be global. MS hasn’t even updated their status page though.

#3I just noticed this myself, iOS Mail asked me to reauthenticate my corporate email so I went through the steps and after entering the TOTP code it said ‘Too many requests’. I tried again and the same thing happened.
