Seems to be a global outage, every country I checked has issues reported https://downdetector.com/status/facebook/

messenger.com is also down (Asia).

Is someone of you using quad9? Because for me it seams that is the troublemaker ATM, changed DNS and works again (cache?).

no it's not (europe)
