#5Lots of people wish various politicians would die. Simply verbalizing such a wish isn't a threat, let alone a legally actionable threat. It's a common form of legally protected political speech. But I guess "rich person says/does mundane thing" is newsworthy because they're rich or something.

Is a monster saying they want someone dead alright? Not telling when or how, just suggesting to their subordinates.
Where's your line of influence? With power comes, etc.
