#2Please don't take my comment in a bad way, but to me it feels wrong to take what's being offered for free and without limits by another company (here, issues from github), to then monetize it.
It may look like a good idea to make $ from the other company pricing decisions, but it ignores the very previsible dynamic effects: I've heard about how other companies "unlimited" offers were turned into a different product by some "creative" hackers - only with the previsible effect of said storage/bandwith/whatever then no longer being unlimited.
You could argue that if something unlimited has to "become" limited, it wasn't really unlimited in the first place, but then I'd argue it's a question of ethics and social behavior: being responsible and not overusing resources, even if they are available to you in "unlimited" amounts, because nothing is unlimited in the physical reality we live in.

#3Interesting, but seems a bit odd to charge a subscription for this. Legally dicey too. Outside the sheer absurdity of it, it’s not clear to me that this might not be a GitHub product. The owners may want to make this more clear.

#4The question is whether GitHub end their ToS are fine with this. The FAQ doesn't answer that.
I guess likely they wouldn't have a problem in practice as the harm/cost to GitHub seems negligible in terms of $.

#7Semi-related, but this reminded me of this interesting and cool idea of using the issue tracker on Github to manage non-software related tasks. In this example, he uses Github Issues to track his home maintenance [1].
