It is rendered without lines, as typical in other places, and I agree it can be confusing when there are lots of replies. However you can collapse subtrees which makes it easier to track.

It is rendered without lines, as typical in other places, and I agree it can be confusing when there are lots of replies. However you can collapse subtrees which makes it easier to track.
