No, women might actually be conscripted too, as some presidential office members directly mentioned in interviews, and a couple of TV's had incidentally done impromptu "video polling" in the streets of Kyiv.

#6Read in the paper today. Germany won't help Ukraine in conscripting Ukrainians in Germany.
