#2Antar A. Tichavakunda, an assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati, recently argued that exam surveillance, zero-tolerance policies, and fraternities and sororities harm 'Black and Latinx' students.
Tichavakunda attributes the purported 'racial biases' to White students' access to academic resources.

#3Campus Reform is is operated by the Leadership Institute, founded in 1979 by conservative activist Morton Blackwell. Alumni include Grover Norquist, Ralph Reed, Jeff Gannon, Senator Mitch McConnell, Vice-President Mike Pence, James O'Keefe, new members of the 113th Congress, and elected officials in all 50 states.
Blackwell is on Republican National Committee, representing Virginia.

#4Summary: White students can cheat in other, undetected ways, which gives them an unfair advantage.
I don't understand why he talks about anti-plagiarism policies, though, instead of the "test banks" used by white students.
