$30k USD is being held in my Stripe account

#1
We sell clothing and after using Stripe for one week, our transactions exceeded $30,000 USD within two weeks. After our customers received their products, Stripe suddenly notified us of a review. We provided all the requested materials, but the final resolution was that we had a dispute risk. However, there were no disputes in our transactions, and we are not a dropshipping business.

Is it allowed to post our website where we sell products on HN?

A few things I know for sure:

1. Stripe has introduced a lot of AI to detect business operations and review documents.

2. Stripe's security team is very busy and provides little support for small clients like us, and they don't have time to review carefully.

3. Stripe's regular customer service only copies and pastes repetitive templates.

I worry about this method of getting Stripe support. First, HN only seems to be effective for Stripe support if you can get enough attention, otherwise these posts seem to get no attention. I worry that one day, I too will need help with some stupid Stripe issue, and when I post something on HN it will just be ignored and won't go anywhere. Second, it's sad that this is the way to get any sort of support at all. Tech surely has regressed in the past decade.

Geez, another one of these already? Sorry to hear of your predicament. Unfortunately, you're not alone.

I'm starting to get tired of moving clients off of Stripe.

How can we better spread the word outside of HN that it's better in the long run to not use Stripe in the first place?

Can you give some suggestions for alternatives?

Square is an Australian company and seems to be similar to stripe, I'm setting up to use it myself

Paypal. Haven't heard complaints lately. Most countries and geographical regions have their own better alternatives as well, that support more forms of payments.
