I submitted this as well with a link to the NYTimes article and it got flagged as have a couple of other HN submissions posting this from other news sites.

Who is flagging these submissions? I can't understand why any of the submissions around this story are being flagged.

Tucker was central figure in $787 million litigation. $800 million is meaningful chunk of profits Fox News made in 14 years Tuckers was there.

Either Tucker was underpaid, or he was not worth it.

Tucker was/is a central figure in litigation where the amount in contention was at least $4.3 billion, $1.6 billion of which has been resolved for a hair under $800 million. If the rest ends up at about the same ratio, it will have over $2 billion.
