IANAL but you need to check what prevents risk propagation. I.E. If you have an LLC does A and B, if someone decides to sue A, A and B are both liable even if B has nothing to do with A.

In general you would want separate LLCs eventually; In the short term whatever you like depending what risks you are comfortable with.
