I'm pretty shocked by this. That someone who was involved in the fraud just as much as SBF can away with this simply by cooperating is appalling. What's the point of villainizing and heroifying the most public figures? Is that justice?

Neither the article nor the plea agreement say no jail time. The plea agreement says her sentence will be at the judge’s discretion.
